About me

I am a Guest Professor for Environmental and Political Economics at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and Head of the junior research group PECan (The Political Economy of Climate Policy and Finance). I am also a Research Associate and Faculty Member at the Berlin School of Economics, a Research Affiliate of the CESifo Research Network, and a guest researcher at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. I was a visiting scholar at the University of Bologna, the University of Oslo, and Wageningen University.

My research examines the economic implications of domestic and international climate policy, with a particular focus on political economy considerations and the interaction between climate policy and finance. My work aims to inform policy design and support the transition toward a sustainable, carbon-neutral economy.
